Shopping The park offers a multitude of choices for shopping for gifts and souvenirs. Please take note of the local advice in each of the individual areas of the park. All purchases which are made before 3 pm will be taken to the main entrance or to your Resort Hotel free of charge. |

Information for People with Disabilities For information about reduced prices, please see the information board at the main entrance. Wheelchairs are offered at the main entrance free of charge. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are located in most areas of the park and marked with this sign on the map. At the end of the German Alley a telephone with important information for handicapped persons can be found.

Telephones Public phones can be found in various facilities and restaurants and in most areas of the park. The 4 German mobile/cellnet providers (T-mobile, vodaphone, E-Plus and O2) can also be used. Phonecards – also for mobile phones – are available in all Information Offices and in many shops. |

First Aid The First-Aid Station is located next to the roller coaster Euro-Mir in Russia. There, you can find trained first-aid staff during the opening hours of Europa-Park. In addition, first-aid attendants are walking through the park in regular intervals. In an emergency, please contact one of our staff members. |

Restaurants You can choose from over 30 different restaurants and fast food places. |

Dogs Dogs are allowed at Europa-Park, however they must be on a leash at all times. A dog set is available at the main entrance for 2,- Euro. |

Shows und Special Performances Flyers with the daily show-times are available in all Information Offices and at the main entrance free of charge. TIP: Plan a visit to the spectacular shows in advance and enter 10-15 min. before the show starts. The doors are being closed when the show begins. |

Safety At the entrance of each attraction, you will find a sign, describing safety regulations and restrictions. Some attractions can only be entered by children with a certain minimum age and body height. A maximum body height may also be possible for certain attractions (e. g. 11, 140 = from 11 years and a body height of 140 cm). These safety regulations are provided by the TÜV (Safety Standards Authority) and have to be followed strictly. |

Smoking Out of respect for non-smoking persons, we kindly ask you not to smoke in the waiting areas of the attractions. |

Cinema Every evening (see information board) the latest blockbusters are shown in the Magic Cinema. Tickets are available in the Information Office at the main entrance and in the Resort Hotels. Please note that all films are presented in German. |
